I've been using Central Desktop for a couple of months now and I'm vert happy with the results. Unlike other web apps, Central Desktop doesn't limit its customer base to small businesses. Instead, it's represented as a solution for teams within and beyond companies of all sizes.
Interesting poll and a great idea, Diane. Although, with a staggering 90% answering "Yes, I currently use", we will need to discount for sample populiation bias... :)

I agree - but I like hearing from people who've had trouble integrating group collaboration software into their lives. We can learn more from the people who tried it and dropped it, than those who wholeheartedly love it!

I tried and gave up on basecamp. When I began using Central Desktop..the "I wish it did XXXX" stopped and the company wide productivity began.
