Del.icio.us to Become More Social
There's been lots of talk about Del.icio.us' plans to become more of a social networking site.  While right now the site is a turbo-charged bookmarking application which, incidentally, started the use of tagging, they apparently plan to add more commenting, groups, and probably more user profile information.

While in general I am not a huge social networking fan, this makes a lot of sense.  Del.icio.us is a great way to find information and find sites or blog posts you'd otherwise never know about.  By adding the social networking component even more information can be shared.  Anything that makes it easier to find things on the Internet is good.
