Today I tested Zoho CRM, their customer relationship management application, and I am impressed - very impressed.
All the basics are there: Customer information, leads, ways to track sales stages and reporting, but Zoho CRM includes some advanced features that are impressive:
- Campaign management - track the effectiveness of different types of marketing campaigns.
- Case Management which, like a support system, allows tracking of problems and questions and their resolution.
- Quote and invoicing capabilities
- Solution database - where the solutions to common questions can be recorded.
Zoho CRM is free up to 3 users - each additional user costs $12/mo. They also offer an 'On-Premise' edition which you can load onto your own servers. This also is free for up to 3 users, with yearly package pricing available for more users. For an additional fee, there is an Outlook plugin that offers integration with Outlook contacts and allows direct import of emails into the Case Management system.
