Beside a regular web search, Sprinko includes a dictionary, encyclopedia, image search, article database, news headlines and a video search. A unique feature is Sprinko Note which allows you to copy and paste parts of a web page and email to anyone.
The article database is pretty slim, and there is a lot of advertising, but Sprinko has a nice interface and is very fast. I didn't test the search engine exhaustively - and I'm not sure where they accumulate their results from, but it seemed similar to Google.
