Defining Web 2.0
The battle to define Web 2.0 has been going on ever since the term was coined.  According to Steve Rubel, InformationWeek is throwing out a definition of their own:
"Web 2.0 is all the Web sites out there that get their value from the actions of users."
I like this definition because it minimizes the importance of programming and architecture and gets to the heart of what Web 2.0 tries to accomplish - facilitating the interactions of people.

Commenters on Steve's blog are dubious - what do you think?
