I've been told Unyte, which works with Skype, is Mac-friendly (and free for one-to-one use).
WebEx works, but is pricy for smaller businesses at $75/mo per host, minimum of 5 hosts ($375/mo) or a per-use fee of .33/minute per participant (a one-hour workshop with 9 attendees plus the host would cost $198.00).
MegaMeeting says it is platform-independent (Linux, Mac, Windows), but at $45/mo for 3 seat or $150/mo for 10, it isn't feasible for small business.
Vyew works with Macs, during Beta you can have up to 20 participants for free (they promise 2 years of free service if you sign up during Beta).
Any other possibilities that readers know of?

Haven't had a chance to try it yet - but yesterday I came across http://www.letspowwow.com/ which is supposed to work on Windows and Macs. Certainly worth a look.
