Syncura, which I originally reviewed here, has released an update, v1.0.9 as of July 30th. The update includes:

When Syncura DSS starts, it will now scan all the shared folders looking for new files. If any are found, it will ask users if the files should automatically be added. There is an option to remember the answer and not ask again.
When Syncura DSS starts, it will now scan all the shared folders looking for deleted files. If any are found, it will ask users if the files should no longer be shared and removed from everyone's computer, or if the application should re-download the files from teammates. There is an option to remember the answer and not ask again.
No longer allowed to create a team with a shared folder that is a parent or subfolder of an existing shared team folder.
Added a menu for all the common commands.
When new files have been synchronized, the icon in the tray turns green, and when the mouse is hovered over the icon, a balloon informational tip will display the most recently synchronized files. Clicking the icon will clear the list.
The file list window starts off by sorting files by their modified date in descending order.

Syncura is currently in beta and free.
