It has features similar to GoToMeeting, including desktop sharing, the ability to switch presenters (allowing another user to share their desktop), remote sharing, and a chat interface.
LetsPowWow is free up to 10 participants (the presenter + 9 attendees). For $50/mo you can upgrade which allows you to record sessions, share files and gives you 100 MB of storage space. Note that audio is not recorded, just what happens on the screen and in the chat fields.
The one missing feature (at least I didn't see it) was pre-scheduling meetings. Otherwise, LetsPowWow is a great alternative to GoToMeeting when you participants have Macs.
