Blogger Goes Dynamic - But Is It More Reliable?

For the first time in years, Blogger has made major changes to its architecture, going from serving static pages to creating dynamic pages when a page is accessed. Welcome to 2006, Blogger!

More exciting is that Blogger has added categories (they call them labels), the ability to make posts password protected and has added a WYSIWYG template editor.

What I want to know is this: Will my clients be able to access Blogger consistently? Will it still take 1-5 minutes for a post to publish?

I recently gave a workshop on basic blogging that included walking everyone through setting up their own Blogger blog. 15 minutes into the setup, Blogger shut down. No one could get in at all. This persisted for the remainder of the hour. The nice thing is that it was a fabulous selling point for self-hosted blogs like WordPress.
