Using P2P, Syncura allows you to designate folders to share with teams. Different folders can have different people sharing the contents and sharing occurs when a file is copied or moved into a folder. If team members are online, files are updated immediately. If offline, changes are saved to a server, and when the member comes back online the files is updated.
Syncura has two features that I really like. First, users can check out a document, which marks it uneditable by other users. Users can still view their version of the file, but they can see that someone is working on it, so they are aware changes may occur.
Second, just the part of the file that was updated is transferred, instead of the whole file. This saves time and bandwidth.
Syncura is currently in beta and you can try it for free. It's interface is so easy to use, that it makes sense to try it if you are interested in a file sharing solution. Syncura runs on Windows 2000 or Windows XP computers.
