
While you can upload files and there is a forum and calendar, these are basic and not really linked in anyway.
Without task lists, notes, version tracking, etc., I wouldn't suggest this for business use. To be fair, it looks like their target market includes church groups, non-profit boards, organizations, etc.
It is expensive, however. For free they give you 10MB of storage, the calendar and discussion forum. The pay plans range from $19 to $150/mo, but the only additional features are additional storage space, "email blasts" and permission management.
