
The best definition of Web 2.0 I've seen is also the easiest for nontechies to understand. Web 2.0 turns the internet into an operating system like Windows XP, allowing you to run applications on it just like you run Word on your own computer.
No completely accurate, I agree, but a starting point for every day users to get a handle on the scope of Web 2.0 and why I'm so excited about it.
