For example, today I met on the phone with two ladies that needed some changes to their website done. I needed to be able to walk them through the site and show them different features.
As the clients were extremely tech phobic, I simply had us both browse the same pages simultaneously, while I walked them through the features. When a change was needed, I coded it on the fly, had the client refresh and they could instantly see the changes.
Very low-tech, very simple, but very effective. The result was two happy clients.
