JGraph Introduces MXGraph - A Flowcharting Thin Client
JGraph is previewing MXGraph, a flowcharting program that can run entirely in a browser.  Eventually users will be able to connect MXGraph to a database, enabling many people to interact and work with the charts interactively.

The name seems to be a little misleading, although I admit I haven't looked into it in any depth.  The website refers to graphing, but this doesn't seem to be a graphing application at all - a matter of semantics I believe.

Graphing mean mathimatical graphing, not charting, which is probably which you are thinking of.
