It includes the basics for formatting - everything needed on a daily basis, that is for sure.
Lots of functions are included: Math functions, Logical, Date, Financial, Lookup, Statistical, Text - however their useage is a little fuzzy sometimes. I tried to use the DAYS360() function and the only help given was to put "args" inside the parens. I know it needs args - what kind? More description would be better, but since this is a beta, I expect that it will come.
Like Excel, multiple sheets are possible, as is creating formulas that reference multiple sheets.
This is really an impressive spreadsheet. Sure, there are no pivot table or graphing functions, how often are they really needed?
Downloading a file is easy. In uploading a spreadsheet you need to create a spreadsheet first, save it with a name and then upload a spreadsheet from your desktop into it.
When downloading, I lost the "DAYS360()" calculation for some reason, but other calculations worked just fine. Uploading worked just fine.
With Office 2007 coming in at a hefty price tag, I think this is an alternative for people who just use the basics and want to be able to share their spreadsheets easily.

Try out http://zohosheet.com , an online spreadsheet app. Hope you would enjoy trying out ........
