What I like about it:
- The Alchemy feature where you can request something made for you.
- The interface, which is smooth
- The ability to search by color, which is totally funky - I love it! I found items that I wouldn't have ordinarily via searching by color.
- It gifts artists and artisans the ability to sell things in a format other than Ebay's auction or a local consignment shop.
- Some parts of the interface aren't intuitive. They are OK for people not afraid to click on things, but non-techies have a fear of clicking.
