This coming Wednesday, I'm due to receive my VoIP equipment from Vonage. Once I know it's working properly, I'm looking forward to callling Sprint and dropping everything from my service except a 1FR (dail tone only) for emergency reasons.
VoIP and P2P appear to be the future of telecommunications, in spite of the best efforts of major players like Sprint to either disparage it, ignore it or incorporate it at inflated pricing arrangements. Well, this week I'll be using Vonage and Skype for 99% of all my personal calls, and I'm very happy about it.
