When creating a team, create an OPML file of feeds that the entire team needs to keep tabs on. In many aggregators the import will be put into its own file, so the team can easily reference shared information.
Even more interesting is using OPML to provide a service to customers. "I'm about to get onto a plane to Tokyo, it would be great if the airline gave me an OPML of 10 or 15 feeds I need, like cool restaurants, flight information, and weather details..." This idea could be extended to just about any business. For example, automotive companies could provide OPML files consisting of feeds of automotive reviewers as well as those of car enthusiasts.
