Is
Paul Kedrosky really recommending that you sell your Microsoft shares short 'cause Google is experimenting with G-mail for domains? Well, considering that the coolest innovations coming with Outlook "12" haven't been released yet, I guess I can't blame him, but trust me, the release of Windows Vista and Office "12" will be the true incarnation of what we currently refer to as Web 2.0.
I have a G-mail account, and I like it very much, but come on - it's not Outlook! And knowing that Outlook 12 is coming, I'm a little surprised that Kedrosky would make such a claim until he sees what the Office development team in Redmond have been working on for so long.
Jeff, I absolutely agree (similar post here: http://www.moogle1.com/2006/02/gmail-for-domains-not-alone/). The new Office features are impressive, and Microsoft isn't sitting on their hands regarding hosted services either.
If you have access to any MSDN subscriptions or Beta invits, try to check out the Office Live Beta: http://www.microsoft.com/office/officelive/default.mspx
